Suzy has also been a marketing faculty at Emerson College, located in Boston, since 2004.

In the medical device, healthcare, and overall B2B technology arena, Suzy works with leading IT or medical industry analysts and influencers to help technology/healthcare vendors gain visibility, build valuable references, penetrate global markets, and create strong demand. She has also worked with a wide variety of technology enterprises and has worked with leading global brands including Siemens, GE, Gateway, Konika, HP, Teradyne, and Samsung.

Suzy has been recognized in many global and local media publications and has written two books in leadership communications. As an engaging event speaker, she has delivered numerous keynote addresses and seminars. At many global organizations and events, Suzy hosted executive training sessions and spearheaded conference marketing, business development, and leadership communications efforts.

In addition to her business career, Suzy is passionate about creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and highlighting the work of female leaders, especially in STEM. She is a co-founder of For Creators, By Creators (FCBC) and founder of Empower Women in STEM (EWS).

Aditi, an integrated marketing specialist with 8+ years of experience, is dedicated to drive BDMT’s approach to go-to-market campaigns and ensure that the clients’ strategic goals and marketing themes are aligned to create an impact that strategically stems results like lead generation, conversions, and others.  With strong passion, effort, and international marketing expertise,  Aditi has led successful US and international market entry and new product/tech launches for leading cosmeceuticals, health tech, and AI tech companies in the US. Aditi is especially creating strong local connections with high-touch approaches that are critical for global business development.  

For example, in 2020, amidst the pandemic, she established the Healthy Skincare movement for a skincare company looking to connect with local dermatologists and created a strong multi-channel approach to expand outreach by highlighting and actively engaging with women in STEM across all digital communication channels to demonstrate strong community support and participation through omnichannel-like newsletters, virtual events, and award sponsorship for young women entrepreneurs in STEM. 

Aditi was also part of the award-winning team that led the FCBC Go Global event (For Creators By Creators (FCBC) co-founded by BDMT Global —a community for entrepreneurs and crowdfunding creators) to quickly turn a canceled event (due to the pandemic) into a bigger-scale virtual sales event with an increased scope that included multiple countries.

Aditi also led a series of marketing training webinars for LinkedIn, ABM, and others to lead health tech and medical device teams with a focus on the US market.

She has a strong foundation in business and marketing with two Master’s degrees – MBA in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing from New York University.

Dr. Jake is a strong leader with a proven track record of over 20 years of industry experience in US biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals, specifically across fields such as R&D, process development, product development, manufacturing support, and operations. 

He has acquired diverse insight working in the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, such as Pfizer, Shire/Takeda, and Amgen, leading biotech CMO (contract Manufacturing organization), like Lonza, as well as high-growth biotech startups, such as Compound Therapeutics (now Adnexus Therapeutics, acquired by BMS later). He has proven his ability to lead a team of managers, researchers, engineers, and scientists to bring protein, plasmid and RNA, polysaccharide, and vaccine therapeutics from development to clinical trials and commercialization by using his strengths of high organization, ability to oversee many concurrent projects, and strong problem-solving skills. 

In addition to his diverse experiences in various aspects of US biopharmaceuticals, he has authored more than 10 publications.

Dr. Square is a Marketing Data Scientist, focusing on causal inference, consumer behavior modeling, marketing/product impact measurement, and explainable AI. He likes to explore new and different areas: Double Ph.D. – Marketing Science (computational social science from UCLA) and Materials Science & Engineering (engineering) from MIT, Former academic now in Practice – Former Assistant Professor of Marketing at McGill University in Canada, management consultants who worked both as a generalist and as a specialist, project-based data science role and SaaS Marketing & Sales solution data science role at Mckinsey – especially in pricing, promotion, assortment, purchase structure, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and customer lifetime value.

Dr. Square has published his research in journals such as Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Management Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, McKinsey Quarterly, Handbook on the Economics of Retailing and Distribution: Book Chapter , Journal of Applied Physics, and IEEE Trans Magn, and applied works in Marketing Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, Economics, and Applied Physics journals. He writes articles on Medium on “Practical data science” in his free time.
